Implement QueryClientProvider #84
Description
Add @tanstack/react-query as a peer dependency and include QueryClientProvider in SiteProvider. This will:
- Encourage consuming apps to start using it more (a good thing, as we want to start moving away from Redux)
- Give apps and plugin authors yet another mechanism to sync data with widgets
