Please call this EntitiesTestCase and narrow the scope of it to be queries on entities. Even if that only amounts to one or two test methods for now. Please also change the docstring to reflect this scope.

Nit: It might be clearer to call this a draft_table so it's clear at a glance that this is not a Draft model object.

Changes included:
PublishableEntityandPublishableEntityVersioninstances instead of relying on subclasses likeComponent.get_entitiesfunction to handle entity retrieval.
