Advanced problems with `loncapa/python` doesn't render correctly on Library V2

The "Custom Python-evaluated input" block preview doesn't work on library v2. Probably related to codejail.

Steps to reproduce

• Open a Library V2
• Add a new component: New > Problem > Advanced problem types > Custom Python-evaluated input > Save
• Check the preview

I found this issue while testing the migration of the legacy libraries. I created this issue so you can prioritize it accordingly.

They render correctly in Legacy Libraries and also in courses (even when the source is a library v2).
The issue only happens on the library v2 preview.

yeah, from a parity perspective, if it's possible to get this fixed for ulmo, that would be great. But I would not block the release on it if we can't.
