readWFS - method is not generic enought (1st round)

Focus is on GML WFS outputFormat

Issues with:

1. the WFS outputFormat specified as default ( to be removed)
2. the way to parse the srsName: this should include parsing of epsg code according to different srsName matching patterns:

• http://www.opengis.net/gml/srs/epsg.xml#4326
• urn:ogc:def:crs:EPSG:4326
• urn:x-ogc:def:crs:EPSG:4326 (see http://www.ogcnetwork.net/node/1287, this urn seems the experimental, not to use since urn:ogc is approved, but searching on the web, we can see it's still used in some OGC servers)
• WKT name (PROJCS or GEOGCS) e.g. "GCS_WGS_84". Do not forget to manage standard WKT and ESRI WKT

3. the axis ordering: how to assess either we are using a gml in lat/long (normally the case for WFS 1.1.0 and WFS 2.0.0) or long/lat (case for WFS 1.0.0)
