Add the % of fruits and vegetables estimated from the ingredients list to the CSV export

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Today we export only nutrients that are entered by producers or users, they include:

fruits-vegetables-nuts : given by some producers
fruits-vegetables-nuts-estimate : manual estimate from users (e.g. when a product says "fruit content : 40%")

But we miss the estimate we compute from the list of ingredients:

fruits-vegetables-nuts-estimate-from-ingredients
