Nutrients form: allow specific display and order of the fields, depending on the country or geographic zone

The order of the nutrients on the packaging is often a matter of local regulation.
For example, the nutrients displayed in the USA are a bit different than in Europe. This leads to confusion and errors when people are filling the fields.

This is already done on the web (product pages + edit form), we display different default fields and in a different order in the EU and in the US.
