feat: Migration to Flutter 3.3.x

• Now that Flutter 3.3.x is stable again, we can upgrade to the latest version.
• It's basically a revert of fix: back to flutter 3.0.5 #2923
• It will then fix ⛔️ DO NOT release any version based on Flutter 3.3 #2919
