Feature Request

Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.
When an installment debit will occurred in few days, the learner should be notified.

The reminder frequency should be configurable through settings. By default, we should set it to one occurrence two days before the debit.

Describe the solution you'd like

Suggestion of the email content :

Object: <CATALOG_NAME> - <COURSE_TITLE> - An installment of <INSTALLMENT_AMOUNT> will be debited in <DURATION_BEFORE_DEBIT_IN_DAYS> days.
Body :
For the course <COURSE_TITLE>, the <N>th installment will be debited in <DURATION_BEFORE_DEBIT_IN_DAYS> days.
We will try to debit an amount of <INSTALLMENT_AMOUNT> on the credit card XXXX XXXX XXXX <CREDIT_CARD_LAST_FIVE_NUMBER>.

See order details on your dashboard : [<DASHBOARD_ORDER_LINK>]
