Goal: Brainstorm about OGC E-Learning goals and modules with OGC University WG and ICA-OSGeo Labs.

Minutes:

Modules can cover introduction to OGC standards and more detailed information. A module can be shared in a lecture or training section. The material can also be used to develop a complete course.
Modules/material can be created for different audiences: High level (politician, manager), IT (not expert in geospatial), Geospatial (not expert in IT). For example:
- A 2 minutes high-level video for each standard that can help anybody understand what the standard is about
- Other videos that show case solutions using specific technologies.
Material already exists that we should try to put together in one place. For example:

- Project Africa for Africa (will be provided by Victoria, later)
- From OGC Training and Luis' developed courses
Other Modules of interest can be: Urban (Smart Cities), Environmental focused
Translations are important. OSGEO has a folder for each language. They track the status of the translation per document. Other tools can be used such as transifex.
