The pull request

  • makes synchronous execution the default behaviour
  • adds an async capability using the Prefer header from RFC 7240 (decision about sync/async taken by the server)
  • implements subscriber callbacks using web links
  • references the Common Core / JSON conformance classes
  • updates clauses 1 to 4
