This introduces a console command for downloading and persisting historic prices in a given period.
This can be useful after extended service interruptions, data unavailability, or openHAB downtime. If the persisted data is used for historic calculations (e.g. energy bill), gaps are quite undesired.
This will only update the individual price components. If a Group
SUMis used for calculating the total hourly price, historic persistence is not supported - see openhab/openhab-core#3869.Related to technical issue:
