Features

  • Replace HAPI FHIR MySQL DB with Postgres DB
    Performance tests indicate that HAPI FHIR with Postgres performs ~20% better than paired with MySQL
  • Update the Elastic pipeline to use v2.0.0 of the FHIR Extractor Mediator

Bugs

  • Fix the Elastic packages config file references
    These packages previously had no use case to test against. Recently we have added the DISI HIV Case Reporting Custom Package that uses the Elastic packages. The new use case highlighted a few bugs
