@gberaudo, do you feel like this is a good way to give an outlook on upcoming features? I'd like to tag a release today or tomorrow, and I think it would be nice to have this in.

@ahocevar, clamping of 2D geometries is a different thing which will be addressed in the future by the Cesium team. It is a bit misleading to mention it together with features we are currently working on.
Apart from this, I am OK for merging.

@gberaudo Ok, then I still got your 3rd bullet point under "Perspectives" wrong. Didn't it say something like "show 2D geometries on terrain"? What did you mean by that?

Thanks @ahocevar. We have code to draw a gpx track on terrain even without need for Cesium support for clamping on terrain. Let's not mention it yet as it will take time to mature.
