What this PR does / why we need it:
Previously the OCM utility function only returned one component for component references or when searching for resources.
This was not working well, especially when working with the openMCP release channel concept where a component version can reference the same component in multiple versions.
Therefore wherever we returned just the first component version that was found, now all component versions that match are being returned.
