feat(data): Add initial structured sample datasets

Summary

This commit introduces initial structured sample data files to the data/ directory. This fulfills the requirement to populate the core data folders with small datasets, demonstrating the schema and providing test data for downstream frontend and backend development.

Changes Made

• Created four new subdirectories under data/: approvals, safety, pipeline, and pricing.
• Added three sample JSON files to each of the four new directories, resulting in 12 sample files total.

These files adhere to a consistent JSON format and include sample entries for:

• Approvals: Simulated drug approval records (e.g., Amiodarone, Taltz, Zocor).
• Safety: Simulated adverse event reports.
• Pipeline: Simulated drug candidates in development (e.g., Phase I and Phase III).
• Pricing: Simulated pricing and rebate information.
