Why are we doing this?
#2430 added a new just recipe, just build-dbs-for-local-development, to our codebase. Currently, there are no pointers from DEVELOPERS.md to this just recipe, so developers cannot easily find and benefit from it.
How will we know when it's done?
Our DEVELOPERS.md documentation will include the just build-dbs-for-local-development recipe. Developers will be able to find and use this recipe for local development work.
What are we doing?
Update the “Local development” section of DEVELOPERS.md to document the just build-dbs-for-local-development recipe, including a note regarding the lack of mapping data and the implications of this.
