This capacity requires:

the support of a binding between an SDMX*Data object and the corresponding DSD. See Capacity to associate a DSD to an SDMX dataset #83
support for SDMXComponents as.data.frame method (for facilitating querying of components) - See Add as.data.frame method for SDMXComponents #85
an option in as.data.frame method to enrich or not the data.frame with labels taken from the DSD, including components, concepts, codelists, etc
