Reenable multipart repository within multipart ITs

Description

• As a part of the changes for repository registration ([Remote Store] Changes to perform repository registration during bootstrap via node attributes. #9105) the default repository type was switched to FsRepository within RemoteStoreBaseIntegTestCase
• This fixes and reenables the usage of MockFsRepository and MockFsAsyncBlobContainer for RemoteStoreMultipartIT
