Fix version script for higher patch numbers

Description

• As noticed in [AUTO] Incremented version to 1.3.12. #8368 and [AUTO] [1.x] Added bwc version 1.3.12. #8369, the version ID has unnecessary 0 post the minor version
• This change fixes the version mismatch
