why we are adding vec and vem files to NIO list? Those are for vector search and its better they are MMapped. If they are not mmaped then latency degradation will happen.

MMAP list and NIO list are essentially inverses. Vec and vem were not part of the original MMAP list so they should be part of this NIO list.
