custom-codec is currently using Zstd 1.5.6

Zstd 1.5.7 was released around 9 months ago and brings performance improvements (5-20% depending on block size used) https://www.phoronix.com/news/Zstd-Zstandard-1.5.7

What solution would you like?

Bump zstd-jni to latest 1.5.7 version (currently 1.5.7-6 https://github.com/luben/zstd-jni/tags)
