Description

Bump path-to-regexp to 1.9.0

Issues Resolved

Resolves CVE: GHSA-9wv6-86v2-598j

Ran unit tests locally:

Test Suites: 14 passed, 14 total
Tests:       1 skipped, 93 passed, 94 total
Snapshots:   29 passed, 29 total
Time:        173.425 s
Ran all test suites.
