From an item that was brought up in the community feedback issue #4314: "When I remove securityDashboards plugin, the OpenSearch Dashboards don't start until the plugin is installed back."

We are suggesting some restructuring of the Disabling security topic, as well as some additional sections for disabling security in service and binary installations of OpenSearch.

What other resources are available? Provide links to related issues, POCs, steps for testing, etc.
