Bump version for Opensearch 1.1.0 release

Description

• Bump plugin version from 1.0.1.0 to 1.1.0.0
• Bump OSD version to 1.1.0 from 1.0.0
• Add changes from Fix snapshot build and upgrade to OpenSearch 1.1. #140 (cherry-pick failing)
• Add changes for URL validation from Fix url validation #132 and Fix url validation for context menu #134
