Document front and center what SMI CRDs and versions of these are supported by the current (v0.8) version of OSM Controller.

Per @michelleN this is already available at https://github.com/openservicemesh/osm/#smi-specification-support

We need to augment https://github.com/openservicemesh/osm/#smi-specification-support with TCPRoute and I'd even add HTTPRouteGroup

$ kubectl get CustomResourceDefinitions | grep 'smi'

httproutegroups.specs.smi-spec.io
tcproutes.specs.smi-spec.io
trafficsplits.split.smi-spec.io
traffictargets.access.smi-spec.io
udproutes.specs.smi-spec.io

It would be great to add the full ID of the CRD in the table - for instance udproutes.specs.smi-spec.io

docs(readme): update supported SMI table

This change updates the table of supported SMI resource versions to include individual kinds and their full CRD name.
