As can be seen from the failed run:
The post-install jobs for 1.33.2 don't have the ttlSecondsAfterFinished element but the post-install jobs from the original version 1.33.0 (before upgrade) are still there and the check fails for them.
The existing test is probably enough. I'm closing this PR.
