SRVCOM-4072, optionally map junit testsuite names for lp-interop reporting tool

Fixes JIRA #SRVCOM-4072

lp-interop asks as to "map" all the SO testsuite names to "Serverless-lp-interop" during lp-interop job runs when MAP_TESTS env is set to "true", to help organization of test results in their reporting tool.

• 🎁 Optionally map junit reports for lp-interop reporting tool (renames testsuites to "Serverless-lp-interop")

This setting will only be enabled in the "lp-interop" jobs, and will not affect our normal CI.

Also, fixes the "report_go_test" invocation which fails if pipefail is already enabled and report_go_test returns nonzero
