OCPBUGS-18280: Rename instances of TRUSTED CERTIFICATE to CERTIFICATE in non standard certs

Rename instances of TRUSTED CERTIFICATE to CERTIFICATE so that these certificates are treated as normal certs and accepted by the application.
Libraries do not support "TRUSTED CERTIFICATE" keyword in certs
