remove temporary bootkube pod checkpointer manifests

#420 introduced
https://github.com/openshift/installer/blob/master/pkg/asset/ignition/bootstrap/content/bootkube_temporary.go that include temporary manifests for pod checkpointer. This is needed to finish the bootkube start sequence and bootkube is expecting the checkpointer pod in Running state.

This manifest should be moved to checkpointer operator and removed in this repo.
