Toxicity
The focused array compounds were tested against HEK293 at CO-ADD and all CC50s were within 2-fold of 12 ug/mL. Raw data may be found in the "Cytotox" tab of the original results.
Following discussion at #3, a set of 8 compounds were evaluated at UCL. The major takeaway from this assessment was that the 2-pyridyl was indeed a toxicity liability and something that we need to monitor closely going forward.
We also have tox data on compounds donated from DNDi/NEU. From a toxicity standpoint, the selectivity index of OSA_983 is the standout feature of this dataset.
N-alkylated compounds OSA_979-984 are now being tested in the UCL HEK293 assay to validate the unique selectivity window of OSA_983 and to ensure uniformity across toxicity data.
