I try on chrome and Firefox, both have the same pb so I think it's an ID problem.
I will explain with this example :
https://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?gpx=2785067#map=16/-34.7071/-70.0902
On left of the GPX you have a stream
Select it then, on the relation, delete the "tributary"
Then click outside then click back in the empty zone of the relation : a list of choice appears but all the list is not visible, the end of the list is out of my navigator, perhaps because my scrren is not too big.
If you don't see the pb, try to decrease the size of your navigator
I'm using a laptop, my resolution is at the max, my navigators are on all the screen so for me it's impossible to increase anything and the pb is real
Best regards

For a river I select a waterway relation, then I put the focus in the role and then... nothing : no more list of roles ! So of course the list doesn't appears out of my navigator, it doesn't appears at all, lol !

Oh yeah - you aren't seeing the list of roles because http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/ is not working today. That list comes from another site.

After a long time, I come back her to explain my problem.
Here a capture of what I have :

The list of the 10 roles is not visible., it goes out of the navigator (the bottom of the navigator is the line under riverbank) : if I'm using the scroll bar on the right (under the trash) I can see only the 6 first roles, Looks like the box of the list (where 4 roles appears) is out of the navigator and i can't see the bottom of this box (on the capture you can see that under riverbank the box seems to go on but it is out of the navigator).

I found by chance that it was possible to see the end of the list when using the down arrow of the keyboard (when the role is empty and the focus in the role) ; at that time, ID reacts very strangely with all the left side growing and the right side (the map of OSM) going up and down each time you click on the arrow (I don't put a capture because, each time I swap between the navigator and the tool to make the capture, I lose the pb).

I hope it is more clear like that.
Best regards
