Mislabelled units for W-s/m3 displayed as Pa (PTAC, FanSystemModel, SwimmingPoolIndoor)

In the Edit section for PTAC zone equipment, the units for "Rated Evaporator Fan Power Per Volume Flow Rate" is labeled as "Pa". It should not be pressure, looks like it should be something like W/m^3/s, but should be verified.

This is still relevant today in 2.2.x.

Worth noting in case you missed it that W.m^-3.s^-1 is really homogenous to Pa, so it's not wrong. It's just a weird choice of display units.

After talking on Slack with dan and kyle, it seems that this would be quite some work, so it's probably not worth the effort (like I said, it's not wrong, just weird).

I was also told that @evanweaver was the specialist in this area. This is a matter of changing the displayunit of the MainRightColumnController for a specific field...
