Clean up installer

• Install new Application specific readme/release notes
• Install openstudio_modeleditor.rb and openstudio_modeleditor.so in Ruby bindings (these will be used by the SketchUp plugin)
• Remove C# bindings from installer
• Remove OpenStudio Core Examples from installer, add new examples for Application
