Add back capability to add AirLoopHVAC:ReturnPlenum

Enhancement Request

Previous versions of OpenStudio allowed the user to add return plenums. In the latest version, I am working on an older model. I am unable to find the return plenum in the My Model list to add to the model.

I think you just forgot how to do it :)

Click the zone, then the plenum subtab in the main right column controller.
