Resources for OpenStudio installation on Linux

I am interested in contributing to the OpenStudio project. But I feel lack of guidance on how to run and explore Open Studio from the source code.

Detailed Description

Wondering if there is any README or Instruction, that tells how to install in Linux. I looked into different resources, but No one talk about how to install Openstudio from scratch on any Linux distribution. All the resources I git, are either not available or not working.

This would be great if someone can help me with a resource that discusses or troubleshoot of Open studio Application on Linux.

Let's start clarifying:

You're on the OpenStudioApplication repo here, which is for the Graphical User Interface (GUI).

The OpenStudio SDK is what contains most of the logic for how to build a model, and is at https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio

Both repos have instructions on how to build the project from source.
