Deleting an object does not delete children that are OS:Table:IndependentVariable

Issue overview

When deleting an object, like OS:ZoneHVAC:TerminalUnit:VariableRefrigerantFlow, it does not delete the associated OS:Table:IndependentVariable objects.

I seem to recall creating an issue for this, but I cannot find it...so maybe I didn't, so here it is now.

Here is a test file:

@Ski90Moo THanks for pointing it. I though it was reminding me of something :) Forgot where I fixed that.
