Add build instructions

Enhancement Request

I would like to see build instruction in the ReadMe file please.

Detailed Description

The current version of ReadMe points to the OS Coalition website for install information. The install information on the OSC website only covers the pre-packaged installers. I need to build the app for my machine and cannot use pre-packaged installers. I have tried building using cmake and make but I run into issues. Instructions would provide a ground truth to later troubleshoot user errors.

Not planning to do anything here. We have all the information you possibly need if you care to look for it.

We have a root BUILDING.md

And the github actions workflow app_build.yml is the source of truth mostly.

If you need help, be specific about what machine you're on (Operating system and version, and architecture (x86_64, arm64)), what you've tried, and what error messages you encounter.
