  1. Reformat the enabled checker list in .pylintrc 

    Put each code on its own line and add a comment with its symbolic name.
That makes the list more understandable and easier to edit.

I could've just used symbolic names instead of codes, but sorting by code
puts related checks next to each other, which I think is helpful.
