This adds the C_1 in all cases. (The specification makes it optional, but this library supports only the case in which it is present -- further changes are expected in -07 on this anyway).

Thanks for the merges; rebased for cleaner mergability. Tests against different implementations of -06 passed with this. |

Working on from the currently pending PRs #21 and #22, this pulls in changes to adjust to EDHOC -06, latest pycose and minor clean-ups.
I expect that some more changes might come in through today's interop.
The latest three non-merge commits of today are really for here to review, the rest is old PR (and some conflict resolution).
If you'd like to have a cleaner history, and both this and its dependencies are OK, I can rebase it -- otherwise, there'd be a few odd merges inbetween stemming from branches developing in parallel to the master branch.
