move group from catalogd.operatorframework.io to olm.operatorframework.io #340
Description
Should we use olm.operatorframework.io for catalogd group name?
This would mean that ClusterCatalog and ClusterExtension be in the same group, but come from two different repositories. However, they are logically grouped and ClusterExtension currently requires ClusterCatalogs to exist, and they are both core APIs of the larger OLMv1 umbrella project.
