Deactivating CustomResource implementations validation for spring-boot

I would like to deactivating *CustomResource implementations validation* while using `operator-framework-spring-boot-starter` as I don't have the require privileges on production clusters. Right now, this doesn't seem to be easily achievable since [`OperatorAutoConfiguration`](https://github.com/java-operator-sdk/java-operator-sdk/blob/master/operator-framework-spring-boot-starter/src/main/java/io/javaoperatorsdk/operator/springboot/starter/OperatorAutoConfiguration.java) does not overwrite [`ConfigurationService#checkCRDAndValidateLocalModel`](https://github.com/java-operator-sdk/java-operator-sdk/blob/master/operator-framework-core/src/main/java/io/javaoperatorsdk/operator/api/config/ConfigurationService.java#L55).
