Introduce catalogd as an EntitySource for deppy

Motivation:

In OLM v1 operator catalogs' information will be exposed on cluster using catalogd. As a result, catalogd should be introduced as an Entity Source for deppy.

Goal:

Once #173 paves the way for introducing entity sources other than v0 CatalogSources, introduce catalogd as an EntitySource, such that operators can be installed in conjunction with catalogd.
