X96Max+ PHY (IP1001M) - network does not work when boot from EMMC

Good day. Network works normal when device boot from USB. But when it boot from EMMC, network does not work. At post #282 (comment) you have written it will be fixed in next kernet version, but it's not.

Which version of firmware are you using, have you tried both kernels?

I boot each kernel from USB, EMMC and microSD and test PHY:

5.10.116
USB: -
EMMC: -

+ PHY is working
- PHY does not working

I re-measured and and got the same results as last time:
Pins and voltages:
48 - 3.3v
49 - 3.3v
50 - 0.18v
51 - 0.18v
53 - 0.18v
7 - 1.8v
8 - 1.8v

In 5.15.40 image /boot/extlinux is absent, and PHY working when boot from USB. I tried remove /boot/extlinux from 5.10.116 USB flash and boot from it, PHY also start working!
When I remove /boot/extlinux from EMMC (both 5.15.40 and 5.10.116) and boot from EMMC, PHY did not work.

Download this file and unzip it, then overwrite the file with the same name in /boot/dtb/amlogic/meson-sm1-x96-max-plus-ip1001m.dtb and restart it. Feedback the test results.
