Add LIXFM–1 checkpoint timeline

This PR:

• adds the checkpoint timeline to the lix file manager instead of the change list
• updates the lix plugin API
• updates the lix-plugin-csv Diff Component to handle multiple changes, render them grouped by rowId and makes it responsive
