Make a Deploy to Azure Button #168 #657

  1. Click the Deploy to Azure button
  2. Log into Azure
  3. Fill out the template (ensure the password for SQL server is strong with upper and lowercase and non characters like #)
  4. Site will be created
  5. Navigate to website
  6. Oqtane wizard will show
  7. For the database, put ".database.windows.net" at the end of whatever you put for database name in the template

https://blazorblogs.azurewebsites.net/ViewBlogPost/1008

Points the button to the Oqtane repository
