The 'S' search link generated in annotate view for Mercurial repositories uses the short/local revision ID (unsigned decimal). This does not work very well pro project with multiple repositories where the search result might contain results for multiple repositories sharing the revision ID. Instead, the long version of the changeset identifier should be used for the link target.

Observed with 1.13.25.
