Discord bot improvements

I ran into a couple of issues while trying to provide some support within the Discord channel. It is fine if we have to use private channels for this sort of thing, but we could be harming our ability to help (only a little bit).

I wanted to paste a link to documentation for installing WSL2 here and the link was blocked.

I suggested having a whitelist (a very commonly used word in security/tech) but was unable to.

It would be awesome to be able to allow some URLs that are known for hosting actually useful documentation.

Instead of whitelist I am now using alrightlist and instead of blacklist I am using nonolist.
