In GSSoC 2024, whether contributing to an unlabeled issue will be counted towards your participation depends on the specific rules and guidelines set by the organizers. However, typically, unlabeled issues may still be considered valid contributions as long as they align with the project's goals and requirements. Here are a few scenarios to consider:
If you're unsure whether a contribution to an unlabeled issue will be counted towards GSSoC participation, it's best to reach out to the project maintainers or the GSSoC organizers for clarification. They can provide guidance on which issues are eligible for contributions and ensure that your efforts are properly recognized. |

In GSSoC, contributing to an issue that is not labeled should still count towards your participation. The labeling of issues is often done to help organize and prioritize tasks within the project, but it doesn't necessarily impact the validity of your contribution. When you're looking for issues to work on, feel free to choose ones that interest you or align with your skills, regardless of whether they are labeled or not. Your contributions are valuable to the project, and the focus is on the impact and quality of your work rather than the labels attached to the issues. If you have any further questions or need clarification, please feel free to ask. Happy contributing! |
