VSphere VM Deployment not working

Trying to just deploy a quick vmware test, i've done it several times now both with the CLI and the appliance menu, and it still doesnt work

using the following command once it starts up (with a new disk attached /dev/sdb):

appliance_console_cli --internal --dbdisk /dev/sdb --region 0 --password smartvm --message-server-config --message-keystore-password smartvm --server=start

This was fixed by ManageIQ/manageiq-appliance_console#244

I think the issue is quinteros-1 has this bug and there isn't a quinteros-2 or quinteros-1.1 yet

Hi, Im getting the same error with the stable appliance https://releases.manageiq.org/manageiq-vsphere-quinteros-1.ova

And it worked.
