Repos owned by me not being indexed

I have a few public (and private) repos that were created after I was added to the preview that have not been indexed but I haven't seen any repos created before I was added that haven't been indexed. These give me Doesn't look like ... is a known repository. Search all repos instead?. I've checked the exceptions and these seem to not be included.
